Forty-seven Google ratings at 4.9 is the first thing that jumps out, and Cardarelli Plumbing & Heating’s own pitch is built around the problems homeowners want handled fast: leaks, frozen pipes, and no-heat calls. The company says it is family-owned, has been in business 15 years, and serves Greater Boston from Quincy with plumbing at the center, plus heating, HVAC, and gas fitting. The outside track record is not brand-new. Public mentions go back at least to 2014, Google now carries the most weight among the third-party sources here, and directory writeups that summarize customer comments keep circling the same points: responsive service, knowledgeable plumbers, and workmanship. Heating and HVAC are part of the mix too, not just the company name; outside listings place it there as well. Trade credentials are part of how the company presents itself. On its website, it lists master and journeyman plumber affiliations, OSHA training, confined-space and crane-signal certifications, first-aid/CPR, and technical training that includes high-efficiency boilers, water heaters, medical gas, and piping systems. It is also listed as a member of the Quincy Chamber of Commerce. The thing to pin down before booking is repair scope and billing. One older online complaint disputed a repair charge, so ask what the quoted fix includes, whether it is a short-term repair or a fuller remedy, and how the price changes if replacement becomes necessary. This looks like a better fit for service work and emergency calls than for someone shopping a large remodel. Before you book, confirm whether your job falls under plumbing or HVAC, who will handle it, and the exact scope of the repair.

Joe did an excellent job servicing and cleaning my steam boiler. He replaced an automatic valve on my furnace. He was very professional, prompt and had great communication skills. His prices are very reasonable as well. I would definitely hire Joe again for all my heating needs.
