Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Cazeault Roofing & Siding. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
A square is 100 sq ft of roof surface — bigger than the floor plan because of pitch and overhangs.

Two blizzards crossed the Cape last winter, and Cazeault's recent reviews read like a log of what happened after. A homeowner watching from out of state had a full roof replaced between the storms, with the crew clearing snow off the deck first and coming back once more when the snow let go. Another called about gutter and roof damage the morning after and had someone on site the same day. This Osterville outfit works storm weeks hard, and speed is the thing customers keep circling back to — one-day tear-offs and reshingles come up again and again, including a flat rubber section and the rest of the roof done in a single day. The company runs deep on this coast. A homeowner writing in March 2026 had Drew Cazeault out to inspect and price the job, and mentioned that Drew's grandfather Ted had put on the previous roof. Another says they have hired the company four times now — roof repair, replacement, siding and trim. The material range is wider than a typical shingle shop: BBB's profile lists slate, copper, Carlisle rubber membrane and tar-and-gravel alongside asphalt, plus flashing and shower-pan fabrication. One customer had a GAF shingle roof and double-dipped cedar shingles installed and reported both held through 80-plus mph blizzard winds. Cleanup gets named almost as often as the work. Reviewers describe daily dumpster pulls, a yard left tidier than it was found, and — in a February 2026 review — two return trips specifically to sweep up debris and spent staples. There are two things to settle before you sign. First, the Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration 104207, held under Cazeault Roofing, Inc., comes back from the state registry as expired. Ask about its status directly, and ask what registration the crew is currently working under. Second, the complaints on file cluster in 2022 and are worth knowing about: one customer waited from September to December for a repair to be scheduled, another was told the day before a booked repair that it would not happen and was offered an $800 emergency tarp instead, a third paid a three-figure assessment fee and balked at the quoted price for replacing 13 shingles, and a fourth was promised a proposal within a week and never heard back. A 2024 one-star review described the staff, including the owner, as rude. For a Cape roof — especially a storm repair or a straightforward replacement you want off the calendar quickly — this is a serious call to make. Pin down the registration status, get the estimate and any assessment fee in writing, and confirm the schedule date before work starts.

We highly recommend Cazeault for roofing services. You really do get what you pay for. From well orchestrated project management on the ground to a professional and hard working crew doing long days it was great! The checks after the daily cleanup and dumpster removal were appreciated since they could find those stray pesky nails you don't want left in your lawn or driveway. Our project manager Kim and lead roofer Manuel were great on communications and explained everything clearly to set expectations right from the start. Would contract with them again.
This project was detail driven from the original estimate until the job was complete! In just one day the crew put on a new rubber roof on a flat area and then reshingled the rest of the roof. The entire crew was attentive to detail from the project managers to the clean up guys. I would hire again in a minute and recommend them to everyone!
I am thrilled with the every aspect of the work of Cazeault Roofing and Siding. From inquiry to clean-up, Russell, Cleon and their highly skilled team of experts and craftsmen executed the project with professionalism, courtesy, and fairness. The house looks fresh and updated with new composite shingles, siding, windows doors, and gutters, and everything is, quite literally, perfect. I love the low maintenance, energy efficiency and knowing the value of my home has increased due to the quality work of Cazeault.
Only have great things to say! We had some damage to our gutter/ roof after a blizzard and they came out same day I called them. They were more than fair, showed up when they said they would, and did a great job. Will definitely be calling them for any roofing needs in future!
Worked with me to fix my roof after the blizzard. Extremely transparent and professional. Price was reasonable.
