A rubber roof on a flat section and new shingles on the rest of the roof, completed in one day: that is how an April 2026 Google customer described Cazeault's work. Cazeault Roofing & Siding is based in Osterville and says it is a family-run company serving Cape Cod and the South Shore since 1927. Its stated service area includes Barnstable and Plymouth counties, and it offers roof replacement and repair alongside siding, windows, gutters, metalwork and deck resurfacing. Customers describe both roofing jobs and broader exterior work. An April 2026 reviewer reported new composite shingles, siding, windows, doors and gutters, naming Russell and Cleon among the people involved. Another April reviewer praised project manager Kim and lead roofer Manuel for explaining expectations and communicating during the job. That customer also described checks for stray nails after daily cleanup and dumpster removal. Older reviews give specific accounts of preparation and follow-up. In May 2025, a garage-roof customer said project manager Ciaron visited two days beforehand to check the delivery list and discuss parking and setup, then checked in during the work. A March 2026 reviewer described a roof replacement while they were out of state, with the crew clearing snow first and returning after the snow melted to collect remaining debris and nails. Another March reviewer said porch screens damaged during the work were repaired and replaced before the final bill. In a September 2022 review, a homeowner described replacing a 30-year-old roof and eight skylights in July 2022. There are also complaints to weigh. A March 2022 customer said a scheduled roof repair was changed the day before to an $800 emergency tarp, with the repair deferred several weeks; the customer cancelled and disputed the company's response. An April 2022 reviewer objected to an assessment fee of more than $100 and said six weeks passed before they were told a contract had not been returned. Another March 2022 customer said a promised proposal never arrived, while a February 2022 reviewer reported continuing roof trouble and poor follow-up after a paid repair. An April 2024 reviewer described rude treatment by staff and the owner. Its BBB grade is A+. Its Massachusetts HIC registration 104207, held by CAZEAULT ROOFING, INC., was registry-verified as expired in August 2026.

We highly recommend Cazeault for roofing services. You really do get what you pay for. From well orchestrated project management on the ground to a professional and hard working crew doing long days it was great! The checks after the daily cleanup and dumpster removal were appreciated since they could find those stray pesky nails you don't want left in your lawn or driveway. Our project manager Kim and lead roofer Manuel were great on communications and explained everything clearly to set expectations right from the start. Would contract with them again.
This project was detail driven from the original estimate until the job was complete! In just one day the crew put on a new rubber roof on a flat area and then reshingled the rest of the roof. The entire crew was attentive to detail from the project managers to the clean up guys. I would hire again in a minute and recommend them to everyone!
I am thrilled with the every aspect of the work of Cazeault Roofing and Siding. From inquiry to clean-up, Russell, Cleon and their highly skilled team of experts and craftsmen executed the project with professionalism, courtesy, and fairness. The house looks fresh and updated with new composite shingles, siding, windows doors, and gutters, and everything is, quite literally, perfect. I love the low maintenance, energy efficiency and knowing the value of my home has increased due to the quality work of Cazeault.
Only have great things to say! We had some damage to our gutter/ roof after a blizzard and they came out same day I called them. They were more than fair, showed up when they said they would, and did a great job. Will definitely be calling them for any roofing needs in future!
Worked with me to fix my roof after the blizzard. Extremely transparent and professional. Price was reasonable.
