A December 2025 homeowner had tried seven other contractors and heard nothing back. Stuart Construction answered, had an estimate over within a few days, and sent crews the customer says were on time and worked non-stop. Turning up is the note that keeps repeating: an October 2024 customer had them arriving at 7am and working into the evening, and a May 2025 customer clocked an 0730 start every day. A July 2026 customer had a new roof, new Hardi siding and all new PVC trim done in one go. A May 2026 customer had a second-story deck with significant rot in several places repaired and the deck expanded, off a quote that came back quickly. In February 2025 the team built a large roof over an existing patio, working with the homeowner's architects, engineers and the building department and using fewer but stronger supports to keep the water views open. Inside work shows up as well: a basement remodel in August 2026, where the customer took the crew's suggestions and changed the plan as they went; a bathroom renovation in October 2025; and a March 2025 job that took in new stairs, flooring, storage shelves and a difficult window install. An April 2026 deck customer chose materials in the company's mobile showroom and had the crew starting within a few weeks of the estimate. A solid call for an exterior job on the Cape — a roof, siding, a deck gone soft — where what you need most is a crew that shows up and finishes. Ask how the quote treats rot that only appears once the old boards come off, and whether your material choices get a mobile-showroom visit.
