He was flexible with my schedule and we set up an appointment for the following week so he could clean the carpets while we were away. Throughout the process, he was professional and explained everything clearly. I had low expectations because the carpet had a lot of stains, but I was absolutely blown away by the results—I truly didn’t think it was possible. The carpets look fresh and almost new again.
