In a 2025 review, a homeowner described the crew giving their 1895 farmhouse a full exterior job — roughly 80% of the time went into scraping, sanding, surface prep, power washing and caulking before the finish coats, plus replacing some rotted siding along the way. In a 2020 review, a customer said Chilel was the only crew willing to take on a popcorn ceiling removal that other companies had turned down, and did it fast.
