A homeowner writing in September 2025 about an 1895 farmhouse said roughly 80% of the crew's attention went into scraping, sanding, surface prep, power washing, caulking and priming before any finish coat, and that they replaced rotted siding along the way. Another, in June 2025, described them filling every crack, gap and nail hole, fixing woodwork, priming twice and applying two finish coats, then protecting the gardens and removing fixtures and door seals so everything could be painted properly.
