I initially hired them to fix frozen pipes and a broken water meter. They responded quickly to my call even though it was right after a blizzard. They also diagnosed that I had considerably high pressure, 110 in the house and adjusted that accordingly. I also chose to have them install a small heating system in the space under my house to help reduce problems with future pipe freezes. I have an unusual situation where my house is elevated because I am in a flood zone which makes the lower pipes more prone to freezing. They got the entire system and plumbing work done in a single day and now the underside of my house is much warmer and hopefully this will prevent future pipe freezes and bursts.Show

Chris, Matt, and their employees did excellent work for us to replace our combi boiler and on-demand hot water heater. They fit us in quickly before a cold snap and worked long hours to get the job completed. The whole system looks great and they clearly take pride in their work. They have been responsive and timely about any follow-up tweaks to the system to get it running correctly. Their communication has been clear and response time is quick. Would definitely recommend!

I called Viscarello Plumbing and Heating when I had a leaking water heater. Chris looked at the job and recommended a very efficient tankless water heater. I decided to make the investment. Chris and crew installed my tankless. Now, showers never run cold-hot water on demand. I use less water- warms water up so much quicker in my 110y/o house. In July, with tankless system running sinks, shower and washer, my gas bill was $20! I also really like the way the tankless was mounted on the wall. We gained more space without the old water heater in the way. Best of all- nice neat work, no leaks and no mess. Since then, Viscarello Plumbing has plumbed my new kitchen, laundry room, replaced old pipes and replaced radiator valves. Rates are average-but work is above average.

We lost our boiler - and all heat – just one day before a major snowstorm was forecasted to hit. I reached out to Chris from Chris Vaccarello Plumbing to see if there was any chance he could fix our existing boiler before the storm arrived. After thoroughly assessing the condition and issues with the old system, Chris explained the problems clearly and offered to install a brand new heating system the very next day. True to his word, Chris and his team arrived promptly at 7 AM on the day of the storm. They worked tirelessly and with incredible dedication straight into the night, just to make sure we had heat during the worst of the storm. Their commitment, teamwork, and professionalism was truly impressive. I would absolutely hire Chris again and highly recommend him and his team to anyone in need of plumbing or heating services. Their reliability and work ethic are second and none.

I definitely will go to them again for any future plumbing needs. Not only did he make the requested repairs, he figured out why there was no hot water to the bathroom and corrected it. All our plumbing works great now and the ceiling was repaired so nicely that no one would ever know it was cut open to access the pipes. Highly, highly recommend!!!
