Platinum Plumbing Heating and Drain Cleaning

Platinum Plumbing, Heating & Drain Cleaning is a residential plumbing, heating and air conditioning service and repair company serving Danvers and nearby North Shore towns, by its own description. Customers deal with Rob, and some have been calling him for years: a July 2022 Google reviewer said he had been their go-to since 2014, across homes in Winchester and Reading, and a September 2023 reviewer said they had used the company for more than 20 years. The recent jobs are quick fixes and comfort calls. In a June 2026 Google review, a customer who had botched a garbage disposal install said Rob squeezed in a same-day service call, had everything he needed on the truck and had it fixed in no time. A July 2026 Angi review credits Rob and his crew with making the extra effort to get the customer's AC working again that summer, mentions a furnace installed 20 years earlier that had given no problems, and says the basement was left cleaner than he found it. One August 2026 Google review calls him responsive to calls and texts; another says he came out within a few days of the first call and charged a fair price. In a March 2023 Google review, a customer said Rob replaced the original copper drain pipe under the kitchen sink and dishwasher with PVC without damaging a recent remodel, and was up-front about the cost. A June 2021 Angi reviewer had him replace a gas water heater after earlier faucet work, and a November 2020 Angi reviewer said he arrived about 30 minutes early and swapped a faucet in roughly 20 minutes. Angi shows 4.9 stars from 94 ratings and Google 5 stars from 14. The company's website gives licence numbers 15194 and 26688.
