CKC Cleaning Service

Little bows folded out of the toilet paper in every bathroom. That was the detail one customer singled out in April 2026, after a deep clean that left even a long-neglected oven sparkling. CKC Cleaning Service has been cleaning houses and offices around Hyannis, Cape Cod, Plymouth and the South Shore since 2009, by its own account — family owned and operated, co-founded by Caio Catalunia and Camila, who is the name in most customers' accounts. The Better Business Bureau accredits the company and grades it A+. Customers stay. One writing in April 2024 was four years in and said the whole house still sparkled; another in January 2024 counted over five years with the same two-woman team; others were three years and nearly three years along. One customer liked the result enough to put her parents' house and her boyfriend's on the schedule too. The work runs off the customer's own notes. A January 2024 customer leaves special instructions and comes home to find them followed; another asked for the chair rails running through the house to be added to the routine, and they were. One customer has had a large rental house turned over for incoming tenants across several summers. Move-out cleans and short-notice jobs get worked in — a repeat customer in July 2026 said the company has always managed to squeeze them in, emergencies included. A May 2026 customer summed up the mechanics: uniformed staff, on time, and at the price quoted. Two things to raise when you book. A January 2024 customer who recommends the company warmly added that talking directly to the cleaning team can be a bit of a challenge — scheduling and requests run through Camila. And in a 2.5-star Angi review back in 2018, a customer said the windows came back less clean than when they had done them and the inside of one slider went untouched, so if glass matters to you, name it in the request. Beyond houses, the company lists commercial and janitorial work — offices, healthcare and financial institutions, car dealerships — plus carpet and upholstery cleaning, floor waxing, window cleaning and power washing. For a recurring clean where the same team learns your house, a seasonal deep clean before guests, or a rental turnover on a fixed date, this is a straightforward call on the Cape and in Plymouth. Spell out the extras — oven, windows, laundry — when you set the schedule.
