Worth asking which entity did which work. The company also states Massachusetts DBE and WBE certification on its own site. Those are its words rather than something confirmed here, so ask to see the certificates if that status matters to your project — a public agency or a general contractor chasing participation percentages is the buyer who would care. For a homeowner, the more useful question is simply whether CKM takes residential work at all.
