Classic Kitchens & Baths describes itself as a kitchen and bath design and sales business. A 2019 valleyadvocate.com page said it was established in 1987 in Greenfield by Jonathan and Carol Rastallis, and that the current owner, Erica Smith, bought the business in 2007. A 2017 recorder.com article said it employed eight people, four of them designers, and worked with local builders, general contractors and tradespeople to remodel and renovate kitchens. The company's website says it features stock and custom made cabinetry lines and many countertop selections. A 2025 customer said Erica helped with their kitchen remodel and was on their team again for a bathroom remodel. A 2025 customer wrote that Erica offered lots of options without pressuring them and helped guide them to a kitchen. A 2020 customer said the showroom helped them choose cabinets and counters for their 1920s-era home and that Anne helped design the layout. A 2017 customer wrote that they did the designing, cabinet planning and countertop purchasing through Classic Kitchens while the reviewer's husband redid the kitchen himself, and that the cabinets and soapstone countertops were delivered on time. Aging In Place Builders, Inc. wrote in 2016 that the company had become its cabinet and countertop designer and supplier, that its designers used 3D modeling tools, and that its showroom had an area for handicap accessible cabinetry. A 2014 customer said Solona and Erica listened to their needs in designing a kitchen.
