Declan was so helpful, he taught me more about my pool. Keep it up!
Had my dolphin t35 fixed, absolutely the BEST pool supply and maintenance shop
I'm disappointed with the service I received from this pool company. Despite scheduling an appointment and specifically requesting notification before they arrived, they showed up unannounced and attempted to close my dirty pool without my consent. When called to complain, Judy was super rude and claimed she called me three times (total lie!). I feel like I wasted a whole month keeping my pool open. They need to work on their communication skills and respect for their customers time. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company to others.
ZERO starts would be more appropriate. I cannot express how poorly I was treated. I scheduled (in August) for my pool to be closed at the end of September. My house was being sold and needed it closed as a condition of the sale. I called multiple times as the end of September approached and into early October. Each time I called I was simply told that I was not on their schedule yet and that they would call when they could put me on the schedule. I explained each time that I needed the pool closed (before Oct 10). I was never given any ETA or explanation or, for that matter, any sympathy. I'm not sure which was more disturbing ... the fact that they could not close my pool in the time frame required or the fact that they just didn't seem to care at all. Also, during this process, I left a message for the president of the company (Steve) to call me so that I could talk to him. He never even called me back. I finally got a call on October 9, indicating that they would close the pool on the 17th. Needless to say, by that time, I found a more reliable pool company to take care of me. I could not UNRECOMMEND this company enough.
This is the type of local business you want to use, but they just make it impossible to do so. If you have to purchase pool supplies here, that’s one thing (although their prices are high). I’d highly recommend to avoid using them to open/close your pool. I probably left 7/8 messages for the owner, every call went unreturned. Their systems for this service are completely broken, and to make it even worse, they don’t care at all. Will not use them for anything moving forward.
