Outstanding service! Carlos responded to our inquiry and was able to identify and solve our roofing problem (shingles missing due to wind). Sent one of his guys a couple of days later and fixed the missing shingles.

I had a gutter that was leaking and destroying the stone walkway below it. No less than four handymen/roofers over the years attempted to unsuccessfully fix the issue. I contacted Joe and he stopped by the next day. He explained the underlying issue that the others neglected to see. Joe didn’t want immediate payment and offered to wait until a couple of rain storms to be sure I was satisfied. His initial repair didn’t work. He offered another solution and now no leaks.His services $$ were very reasonable. :)
