College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Boston South East

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Unprofessional Management I had a very frustrating experience with College Hunks. They didn’t complete the job, left a piece of furniture in my old apartment, and charged me extra on top of what was originally quoted. To make things worse, the manager was incredibly condescending, speaking to me as if I were a child when I tried to address the issues. He initially promised to help resolve the situation, but later backtracked and told me there was nothing he could do. Instead of making things right, he offered junk removal for the furniture they failed to move—but for even more money, and this was a brand-new item. I hired this company expecting professionalism and reliability, but what I got was poor service, dismissive communication, and extra charges for a job that wasn’t finished. I would not recommend them to anyone.
