On It Movers, based in Weymouth, has built a large volume of five-star Google reviews — 381 ratings on the platform and 349 written reviews on file since 2023 — and what keeps coming up isn't a single hero mover but a rotating cast of named crew members (Kamil, Sasha, Dimitri, Alexander, and others) who show up again and again across different customers' moves. The written reviews are deep and consistently positive: 16 in the last six months alone, none negative. Price comes up unusually often as a selling point — in a 2025 review, a customer said the quote came in at about half of three competitors they'd checked, and in a 2026 review another described switching to On It Movers after being quoted one price by a different interstate mover and then hit with a demand for three times that amount on moving day. Speed shows up just as often: in a 2026 review a two-hour job wrapped in an hour and 58 minutes, and in a 2025 review a customer said the crew unloaded an eight-foot POD's worth of belongings in under an hour, labor only. Reviewers also describe careful handling on trickier details — placing felt pads under furniture to protect newly installed hardwood floors, in a 2025 review, and extra wrapping for pieces that needed it. The one note that stands out from the otherwise uniform praise is a 4★ review that opened by saying the reviewer had mixed feelings about the overall experience, even while praising the crew itself as friendly, professional, and careful with their belongings — what specifically fell short isn't spelled out in what's quoted. It's the rare exception in a large, mostly enthusiastic set of reviews, but worth asking about if timing or cost surprises are a concern. For a straightforward local move or a bigger job — a full house after decades in one place, an out-of-state relocation, moving older parents — this is a crew with a large enough track record to have likely handled something similar before. Get a specific crew size and price quote up front, since both come up repeatedly as strengths worth confirming rather than assuming.
Kamil and his team did a phenomenal job. They were very friendly and helpful. They packed all of our belongings in a timely fashion and got them to their destination. They off loaded everything quickly and placed every box and piece of furniture where we asked. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a quality company. The quote given was almost spot on to the final cost.
The team went above and beyond on the day of our move. There were several curve balls throughout the day and they handled them all calmly and confidently. Highly recommend.
Overall, I have mixed feelings about my experience. First, I want to say that the moving crew themselves were friendly, professional, and handled my belongings with care. I genuinely liked the staff, and I have no complaints about how they treated me or my furniture. My concern is with how long the move took and the final cost. I was moving from a one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom apartment, with two additional stops that were all very close to each other. I was originally quoted around $850, which seemed completely reasonable given the multiple stops. However, the move ended up taking 7 hours, and after additional fees and tips, my total came to nearly $2,000. Looking back, I honestly don’t understand how it took that long. My apartment was already fully packed and bagged before the movers arrived. The furniture included one sofa, one queen bed, one king bed (already assembled), one small desk, and one dresser. It wasn’t a particularly large or complicated move. On moving day, I was so focused on getting everything finished that I didn’t question the time or the charges. But after reflecting on it, I really feel the crew could have worked a bit more efficiently. Even if the move ended up taking longer than expected, I wish someone had communicated that to me along the way or given me an updated estimate. Going from a quoted 3-hour move to a 7-hour move, and from about $850 to nearly $2,000, is a huge difference for any customer. Again, I want to emphasize that I liked the movers themselves—they were polite and careful with my belongings. My disappointment is with the lack of efficiency and communication about the dramatically increasing cost. Better time management and keeping customers informed would have made this a much better experience.
