Colonial Floors LLC

A July 2026 Google customer praised Colonial Floors for explaining the flooring process and how to care for the finished floors. They said the result exceeded their expectations and reported no marks on the floors, baseboards or walls in a project that included a newly installed kitchen. The Hyannis company describes itself as a family-run wood flooring contractor serving Cape Cod and the South Shore. It says John T Yuskaitis started the business in 1954 and that his sons now run it with a crew of about eight craftsmen. Its stated work includes wood floor installation, sanding, custom staining, dust-reduced refinishing and restoration of antique and historic wood floors. Google showed five stars from one rating in August 2026; Houzz showed a five-star average from five ratings. The BBB gave the business an A+ grade and listed it as non-accredited. The company's founding date differs between sources. Its website says 1954, while the BBB profile at the same Hyannis address lists January 1, 2005 as the business start date and names David Yuskaitis as manager.
