A recent Google customer says the person who first installed their system made a few mistakes, and he found them, fixed them all and checked everything to make sure there were no more issues. That customer says the units now work better than they have since they were installed. A 2025 customer wrote that Robert Branchaud had installed their mini split a year earlier and gave five stars for the installation, citing cooling in summer and comfortable heat in winter. A 2024 customer described the mini-split installation in their house and praised its attention to detail.

Five stars is not enough to give this business. You will not find a more honest person to install or service your mini split system. His attention to detail is exceptional. The person we had install the system made a few mistakes, he found them, fixed them all and checked everything to make sure there were no more issues. They are working better than they have since they have been installed! If you are thinking of installing mini splits or need service on your current system call him. You won't find a better person to work with!
