Honestly in terms of work done; this would be a 4.5 star. But a company that can’t respond to the most simple of texts and phone calls in 2 years? Hard pass. Been waiting since February of 2024 for a WiFi module for my thermostat. I tried for a while in the beginning, then gave up. Then finally got Tom to come out for an issue (that ended up not being HVAC related). And since early december 2025 when the “WiFi module will be in in a week” it’s been radio silence. I’ve resorted to a daily text. It goes ignored, no surpise, but my hope is that one day he’ll actually respond. It’s actually shocking to me there are any new customers at all ever bc of the lack of response to calls or texts. I also tried to have him come do my yearly HVAC maintenance. Surprise surprise: no response! Found a local, small business who actually responds….. Tom. Please respond to me. Thanks!
Tom gives a good price and service but once he's done, he's done. If you have any problems, good luck. He doesn't answer or return phone calls. We had a faulty hot water tank for years before he finally repaired it after we had to first pay for a furnace cleaning to prove it was the water tank which was faulty from day one. I hope we don't have any problems with the central air
Have yet to receive the thermostat I paid for when I call for an update he tells me manufacture still hasn’t updated and it’s been 3years. Like I said in my previous post once it’s installed kiss your money good bye.
Very professional. I would recommend to anyone.
