In a 2025 review, a contractor's crew turned up termite evidence mid-renovation; two other companies could only send someone a week out, but Mark came the same day, explained the options and pricing, and treated the problem so the renovation could keep moving. That same-day habit shows up repeatedly in the 2025 reviews too. One homeowner described a yellow jacket nest under a porch's front steps getting a same-day visit, then two follow-up trips to make sure the nest didn't rebuild. Another described a wasp nest they "couldn't get to" being cleared out, with no wasps returning since. Beyond stinging insects, reviewers from 2025 and 2026 describe him handling ants, bed bugs, mice and rodent problems across multiple properties, including one customer who, in a 2025 review, said they'd used the company for two years running. Several reviewers compare him directly to competitors: one, writing in 2025, said they'd tried three other pest control companies before and called Mark "by far the best"; another, in that same yellow-jacket review, said he didn't attempt to upsell "as some other pest control companies did."
