Convenient Handyman lists Concord and Somerville as its service area. On its website, Will writes that his family moved to Concord in 2011 and bought a fixer upper, and that he was usually in the shop fixing something or on a ladder. The website gives Construction Supervisor License CS-117342 and HIC License 193420, and offers free estimates. In a 2024 review, a customer wrote that Will and Chris came to re-install a front door that a previous contractor had botched, doing the work within a couple days of speaking with Will, and called the pricing very fair. A separate 2024 review called Will and Chris reliable and professional.

From initial contact through the completion of the work, my experience with Will and Chris was outstanding. They came to re-install my front door (the original installation had been botched by previous contractor). Within a couple days of speaking with Will about my issue, he and Chris were able to actually come and do the work (they had a window of opportunity while waiting for materials to arrive for another project)! Pricing was very fair and I'm very happy with the result! They'll be my go-to for home improvement projects going forward.
