In July 2023 a customer said three windows costing $15,000 all leaked in the first rain after installation. In April 2022 another wrote about spending over $80,000 on Pella Reserve windows and paying Pella's recommended installer to fit them, then finding dozens of defects including warped sashes that would not shut — six months on, they said, several still would not close.
