Crafted Spaces Design Build

Hi. So about two years ago we hired a contractor to remodel our master bedroom and the master bathroom. I won't mention their name. We gave them a partial deposit for the job, which is standard practice. They started the project no problem. They gutted about a quarter of the bathroom and some of the bedroom. Then slowly they stopped showing up. A crew of 4 showed up the first time, then 3 showed up the next time, then eventually 1 guy came to work. They were all nice enough and apologetic but eventually they stopped showing up all together. We would call the office and get excuses and excuses but after everything, the work stopped and we never heard from them again. We were stuck for almost a year with a partial bedroom and bathroom. Until.....we called George Diaz at Crafted Spaces. He saved the day. He and his crew came to the house, worked hard every single day and gave us what we waited two years for....a beautiful bedroom and bathroom. Thank you George!! You Sir are the man.

I gave us a 5 star review only because it asked for it although, we are very good at what we do. I thought that I would write that we have been in Sturbridge for 3 years. Our showroom is located at a plaza where all businesses share the same address. Because they share the same address, it took us 2 years to get on Google. I have sent emails and letters to our past clients asking for reviews. We understand that at times, people intend to write the review but life gets in the way and does not allow them to immediately do so. Thank you to everyone. Your reviews helpus greately. I've had four home remodeling projects in my life and three of them had issue after issue. I'm not really sure how George and the other folks at Crafted Spaces Design Build did my kitchen and bath remodel so seemlessly and without a single issue but I'll tell you this, if I ever have another project, big or small, I'm definitely calling up George at Crafted Spaces Design Build. It was stress free and honestly worry free. I'm impressed.
