RenoVista is a North Grafton design-build remodeler run by Joshua Gadbois, who says he grew up in the trades and spent decades as a project manager before founding the company — and reviewers consistently describe him as the one actually running each job, not just selling it. The scale of what shows up in reviews ranges from small fixes to major builds. One family had their basement transformed into a 1,600+ square foot space with a full bath, kitchen, bar area, movie room and bedroom. Another had a two-story addition finished in just over three months with no delays and no no-shows, subcontractors included. A garage became a family room, and a bathroom estimate turned into structural repairs plus several other projects once Josh was already on-site. Years after finishing one bathroom job, Josh honored a five-year warranty on chipped tile, sending a technician out within hours of being contacted. Several customers describe hiring the company repeatedly over multiple years — one for decks and siding in 2020 and a front door in 2025, another for what they call countless projects including a custom chicken coop. Even a subcontractor who partners with RenoVista praises its design process for keeping installations smooth with a clear scope on every job. Across 59 Google ratings, the company holds a perfect 5-star average, and BBB rates it A+. One thing worth noting: a January 2026 review describes a basement kitchen addition that turned out well overall but mentions a few opportunities for improved communication along the way. For a kitchen, basement or bathroom remodel, or a bigger addition, this is a well-established, warranty-backed design-build shop with an unusually consistent track record across small and large projects alike — a strong pick when you want one person accountable for the whole job.
I’ve been following RenoVista on Facebook for a few years. Admiring the work that RenoVista does. So, when it came time to renovate our master bath and add a closet I reached out to Josh at RenoVista. Josh handles everything, we had a project plan with timelines. Georgia in his office is awesome, she communicates everything and reply’s immediately to all your questions. Communication and schedule, contractors showing up is a big factor for me. Josh has a great team and great contractors and they all showed up when scheduled!!! You don’t always see that! Oh, I don’t know of any contractors that brings treats, Josh brings homemade treats that his wife makes that are out of a dessert magazine. The packaging and treats are amazing! I’m so happy I chose RenoVista!!!
Josh and his team took great care to come in and finish my bathroom renovation from where I started. Highly communicative through every part and very determined to make sure I was satisfied with the end result. I’ll be having RenoVista back for future projects for sure!
Josh and the RenoVista team helped redo our basement into a workable space for my wife and I as we underestimated the amount of square footage a three year old can take up. The RenoVista team worked diligently and efficiently answering questions, communicating deadlines and tackling unexpected problems. I would recommend RenoVista for any home improvement project.
Renovista Construction added a small kitchen to our basement, and we’re happy with how the project turned out. Josh and his team were professional and remained responsive even after completion, which we appreciated. While there were a few opportunities for improved communication along the way, the team took accountability when issues came up and worked to resolve our concerns. We are happy with the finished product and we feel that Renovista stands behind their work.
Worked with the RenoVista team to plan a deck to add to the back of our home and they were wonderful. They finished quickly and did a quality job. The deck is beautiful, highly recommend.
