The name is not decoration — Creative Woodcraft is a remodeler whose finish carpentry keeps getting singled out. It is an owner-led shop in North Easton. The company says it was founded in 2021, puts itself at five years in business, and says the owner is on site supervising every phase; Houzz names Mike Fandetti as the owner and lists the business as family- and locally owned. Its own site calls basement remodeling the specialty, alongside kitchen and bathroom renovations, cabinet installation, siding, painting and new construction, and names Easton, Foxboro, Mansfield, Norton, Stoughton and Sharon among the towns it covers. Thirty-one reviews sit across Google and Houzz, and both platforms average 5.0. Bathrooms are where the speed shows: a June 2023 customer had theirs taken to the studs on day one — revealing two layers of ceiling and three layers of flooring — and a finished bathroom inside seven business days. A May 2023 client had two bathrooms renovated off a detailed plan and quote, was walked through making sure the needed materials were on hand, and wrote that the team left the house clean after each working day. The jobs are not all small. A May 2024 client had a two-family home renovated — five bedrooms, three bathrooms and two kitchens — with the work starting a week after a new arrival in the family, and credited the organization through it. In a July 2022 review, a basement went from a slab of concrete to a fully functional part of the house. More recently, a July 2026 client had a new deck built and found Mike flexible through the project, and a May 2026 client cited frequent communication, timelines met and a tidy jobsite. Quotes and pricing come up as often as the carpentry: an October 2023 customer said Mike was honest and upfront about costs before the kitchen work started, and a September 2025 client described a quick response to the quote inquiry, a timely quote and follow-up that was proactive without pressure. Repeat business runs through the whole thing — a September 2024 client counted three projects, a November 2025 client two, and a February 2022 Houzz reviewer several. If your job is a basement, a bathroom or a piece of built-in woodwork, that is where these accounts are thickest; ask for the detailed plan and quote other clients describe, and settle who is sourcing the materials before the demo starts.
