The problem was a clogged filter, which they replaced efficiently and without any disruption to my daily routine. I'm satisfied with the thoroughness of the maintenance check and the clear explanation provided afterwards.👌🏻
The preventive maintenance on our AC took about two hours, which seemed appropriate for the thorough check-up. Everything was well handled, although the technician could have been a bit more communicative about what was being done.
Very pleased with the service and how professionally the repair was handled. 💗
This was not the professional experience I was expecting.
