Terrible job. grout on tile inside shouwer and outside shower cracking and coming out even with a decoupling membrane installed. Cory never returned calls or texts to address the issues. went with another person to do the other bathroom and that one is solid and for less money too. For bathroom and tile work i would stay away.

I am blown away at the professionalism of this company. I contacted them after being referred by multiple friends for a full bathroom gut and remodel. Corey is wise beyond his years in his skills. The majority of the wall is now enhanced with perfectly spaced tiles and the bathroom is now the best room in the whole house. They are very kind and prompt at responding and provided accurate information to my questions. I will highly recommend C.R.P. Home Improvement to all my friends who want to improve their living spaces. Extremely high quality for the price! :)

Lack of communication They left us hanging after providing pricing Ignored numerous attempts via email texts and postal mail for a update on job status Finally, informed us they did not want the job and placed blame on us after we lost 2 family members When presented with our version, told they would report us to the Police Very unprofessional

We were fooled by the nice friendly upfront sell Then after a price quote, Puff!!! They disappeared vanished not returning calls nor emails and texts Very unprofessional !

These guys are great. Fast, professional and great people. Couldn't have asked for a better crew. Thanks to you all.
