Stole $700 and a speaker! Poor communication. Took over a month to get carpet in after it was ordered we were told about a week or so. After a few weeks we called to see what was going on, they said carpet was there and made an appointment to have it installed finally. But then the day of the appointment we were told they were "behind schedule" but they never showed up that day. Come to find out no one was at the business when the carpet was delivered so the carpet was sent back to Boston, then waited another week. Jim's brother along with another younger guy came to install the carpet after they left I went up to my baby son's room to play with him and have a "dance party" using his speaker we use every night and the speaker was MISSING! The younger guy was overly nice and now it all seems suspicious. He definitely took my almost 200$ Bluetooth speaker and after spending almost 2k$ on this carpet installation I feel violated and disappointed. Do not trust. Babysit these people if you use them. Photo is where the speaker was before they came and after it is no where to be found. Thiefs!

Jim and his crew did an excellent job installing a new floor and redoing a couple rooms. It's obvious they strive for high quality finished products. They followed up and were responsive to make sure everything was done right.

Cummings Remodeling and Flooring redid our hardwood floors. The floors were in extremely poor condition with a few patches that would need major repair. The floors now look fantastic and the repaired patches blend in perfectly. The work was done in a very quick timeliness. We will have Jim Cummings and his crew back for other projects.
