Custom Care has performed several jobs inside & outside of our home. We are always impressed by the superb quality of their work as well as the kindness & attention to detail of their team members. We would highly recommend them for any major building project.

Numerous Custom Care (Mark Eldridge owner) has done upgrades for my condo unit and also repairs for our Condo Association. Mark will thoroughly research many options for the best solution for a requested renovation or a needed repair, his construction industry knowledge is a tremendous value. Mark coordinates all the needed trades for the required work, even if it is not a staffed in-house trade skill, Mark is a very solid General Contractor. His entire team is always professional, timely and they complete the work with no surprises, a big plus in the world of contractors. Mark also gives excellent proactive advice to prevent future repairs and he ensures that the work his team completes meets and exceeds our expectations. Custom Care's estimating process, time scheduling for completing the work, communication and billing process are the best of any contractor we have worked with, very special and it takes a lot of stress off my "worry list". I would recommend Mark and the Custom Care team for any renovations or repairs needed for a personal property or a Condo Association.

We engaged Mark for our first ever renovation, which ultimately involved taking down two walls, reconfiguring some structural supports, renovating our kitchen, a half bath, all new flooring, and pretty hefty electrical upgrades. Mark approaches projects in a methodical process that established trust. He worked to provide frequent updates, was onsite most days (everyday when heavy work was being done). When we discovered issues Mark took time to provide possible solutions. He proactively sought out insight for planning and proactively reviewed what we could expect next, and when. All of the team members he brought onsite were friendly, professional, and did strong work. Progress never stalled with this team! I really liked Mark's forward thinking approach, how work today could make any future jobs easier, or not interfere with future plans. I look forward to having Mark and his team care for our home.

Owning an old home comes with many challenges especially when doing repairs. Nothing is cookie cutter and you need to think out of the box. Mark and his team at Custom Care were the perfect fit for our project. Mark is not afraid of a challenge and is extremely knowledgeable & resourceful. His crew is experienced, hard working, friendly & neat. They were considerate of our family life and enjoyable to see each day. Mark provides an open line of communication throughout the process, stayed within budget, and completed the project in the most timely manner. It's a comfort knowing who we will call for our next project. I wouldn't consider anyone else working on our home.

Our house is over 100 years old and let's just say the bones of the bathroom were tired! Mark and his team kept us in the loop throughout. We were able to make informed decision every step of the way because every member of his team was incredibly knowledgeable in their respective fields. The bathroom more that met our expectations. Mark was spot on with every single recommendation he made. Lesson learned – if you have a good contractor listen to them!! And Mark's team—every single one of them—treated our home like it was their own. It was a pleasure having them in our house. Our deck tear down and replacements is better than the original and the work was amazingly quick!
