So treat this as a candidate for a serious build rather than a small job, and do the diligence the reviews would otherwise do for you: ask for two or three recent Cape addresses and the architects on those jobs, walk a finished one, call those homeowners, and confirm the registration number on your contract matches the 205405 the state has on file.
