At 6:30 on a Sunday morning in August 2023, a homeowner woke to yellow jackets swarming the bedroom. Several customers mention a warranty on the treatment — one in October 2025 put it at six months — and several are repeat callers, one saying they had phoned him four times for different problems. If you have a nest, mice or an ant problem that needs handling today and you do not want a yearly contract attached to it, this is the call. Remember it is one man's calendar: book early for anything that is not urgent, and ask what the warranty covers on the specific treatment you are getting.
