Experts Pest Control Services Spider is a Groton pest control business with five Google reviews, all from 2026 and all five stars. One customer said the technician spent about an hour treating the whole perimeter of the home for ants, and no ants had come back a few days later. Another said a raccoon was removed from the attic and a preventive barrier was installed, with each step explained along the way. A customer with a hornet problem said two large hornet nests near the attic and a smaller wasp nest by the garage door were treated in about an hour. One customer wrote that almost two hours went into inspecting the interior and exterior before treatment, and a small entry point was found. A different customer said a room-by-room and attic inspection turned up minor termite activity in the basement.
The initial quote was reasonable, and the technician spent about an hour treating the entire perimeter of our home for ants. It's been a few days now, and we haven't seen any sign of them returning, which is better than our previous experience with another company👍
The quoted price was competitive, and they safely removed a raccoon that had made its home in our attic, explaining each step of the process as they went along. This took about two hours, and they also installed a preventive barrier to deter future visitors.❤️🗣️
They completed the extermination in about an hour, which seemed reasonable given the number of nests. The technician explained that they located two large hornet nests near our attic and a smaller wasp nest by the garage door, treating each thoroughly.
Given a previous less thorough experience, I was pleased to see that this time they spent almost two hours inspecting both interior and exterior areas before applying treatments. They identified a small entry point I hadn't noticed, which likely explains the repeated indoor sightings.
I was expecting a thorough inspection, and they spent almost two hours meticulously checking each room and the attic for signs of pests. They identified minor termite activity in the basement, which I had suspected, and explained preventative measures very clearly.
