I had a Geothermal hot water heater that the compressor went on. After calling 8 companies and able to get anyone to speak with me, I stopped in at DF Plumbing and Dean talked me through bypassing the Heat Pump mode so that I could have hot water for the weekend. When I returned home and performed the bypass then e-mailed pictures to Dean so that he could provide me with the correct hot water heater for my needs then confirmed with me that I did have hot water and that he did not need to make an emergency home visit. Dean then provided me with an estimate for a new Hybrid Hot Water Heater. On Monday Dean called to advise that he would have a crew at my home on Tuesday to install the new hot water heater. On Tuesday Dean called to advise that his crew would be at my home within an hour. His crew was so awesome. Their work was neat, they cleaned up after they were done and did some of the nicest work I have seen and made sure all pipes were secured, that the water was on and running properly and took away my old unit. These people are my new best friends and I would use DF Plumbing and recommend the any day of the week. This organization is just the best and awesome. I give them 10 stars out of 5. They are that good.

DF Plumbing have helped with a few of our plumbing needs over the last couple of years. They have always been quick to respond and are very knowledgeable. The most recent experience was particularly amazing. Not only were they able to squeeze our job in a few days earlier than expected, the workers who came, Joe & Sam, were outstanding: knowledgeable, outgoing, quick, helpful & all with a positive attitude!! Needed a new tankless water heater and DF Plumbing installed very quickly and efficiently. Answered all questions we had and Dean went above and beyond by helping explain our situation to Quabbin Analytics next store when I went in person to inquire about well water testing. Highly recommend!
