According to its website, that business expanded into excavation and septic pumping, then merged with son Steven’s material recovery facility in the early 2000s. It names Brewster, Eastham, Chatham, Orleans and Harwich as its service area and also advertises septic pump-outs and portable toilet rentals. An August 2026 Google reviewer says the company has always arrived on scheduled days and praises both the employees and the receptionist. A May 2026 customer likewise praises the drivers and office staff. Google listed a 4.1-star average from 22 ratings in August 2026. Customers have described more specific work in older reviews. In July 2025, a customer who frequently emptied dumpsters at the facility praised its dealings with local businesses. Another July 2025 review praised prompt service, clear communication and billing, and affordable rates. In September 2025, a customer described the company as responsive while dealing with a hard-to-find septic system. A February 2026 reviewer thanked the staff for helping with a frozen load in a trailer and for answering questions at the office. Portable toilet servicing drew a complaint in April 2026: a customer said the unit needed cleaning and that they had repeatedly bought toilet paper themselves. In February 2023, another visitor described rude treatment at the front desk after a sign at the landscaping site directed them there with questions about boulders. Cape Cod Times coverage has also discussed dust complaints at the recycling plant; the owner described those complaints as quickly resolved.
