Nobody has written a review of this business anywhere we could find — not one star, on any platform. What the permits show is a builder who works across the North Shore rather than a single trade. BuildZoom counts seven permitted projects filed between 2013 and 2023: kitchen and bathroom remodels and a garage demolition in Beverly, a roof-and-skylight replacement in Marblehead, interior renovations in Manchester and Harwich, a deck replacement in Nahant, and one $1.645 million single-family house on Hale Street in Beverly with six baths and an indoor pool. That last one is the outlier worth noticing — most of the rest are jobs in the $10,000 to $75,000 range. The licensing picture needs care. BuildZoom shows a Massachusetts construction supervisor licence, CS-015386, which it says it checked in June 2026, and a second construction supervisor number, CS-028924, that it reports as inactive and at one point cancelled. Neither was confirmed against the state registry in this scan, and the same page prints a jumble of municipal records that contradict their own status labels — so treat all of it as BuildZoom's bookkeeping, not proof. Hiring here means hiring on permits and a conversation rather than on other people's write-ups. Ask for current construction supervisor and home improvement contractor registration numbers and check them yourself with the Massachusetts Department of Public Safety and the Office of Consumer Affairs, ask which of the seven permitted jobs you can go see, and get references directly.
