He comes promptly shows up when he says he’s going to. He’s a one-man show so he has no overhead.
I use a warranty company that I won’t name here . They contacted Day and Night Appliance repair. He came out 2 days later to assess the repair. The part that was broken was back ordered. He came to my house and did a temporary fix as I was panicking because I was worried my insulin would spoil(he did not charge me for this) When my warranty company refused to cover a part because they said it would be a modification ( even though the manufacturer suggests replacing it ) he ordered the part(which did end up with a leak and needed to be replaced )and gave me a huge discount on the part. He also didn’t charge me labor. He saved me from having to file another claim and waiting for approval. This company is by far the most honest, helpful and professional company I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I would recommend them to anyone with full confidence. They are what all companies should aspire to be.
I canâ t say enough how wonderful this company has been to us. Eli came the same day we contacted him and diagnosed our problem with our mini split. He gave us a reasonable quote and he and his crew fixed it within a week. They kept in touch with us and answered our questions right away. We were so relieved and would highly recommend them! Will definitely use them again for future needs!
