A May 2026 reviewer who waited through a winter to write said the crew arrived at seven, left at five and did the whole roof in a day, and an April 2026 customer said the yard was left immaculate. In a May 2025 review, a customer described Manny inspecting a large roof by drone, a detailed proposal within a day, and a crew of about ten replacing the roof and skylights. A December 2025 customer had a chimney repair done. There are complaints to weigh. A June 2026 reviewer warned customers to be fully satisfied before paying because the company may not come back to fix problems. An October 2025 reviewer who first praised a fast leak response added that the roof leaked again after a storm about a year later and another company found the wrong-size boot. In a 2023 review, a gutter customer said the crew left seams uncovered and a corner crooked, and a 2022 reviewer said promised flashing work had not been fixed.
