This company is well priced and the technicians are kind and knowledgeable but the customer service on the management end is terrible. I’ve been a customer for 5 years and they’ve always been spotty but would eventually show up and would take care of the issue but this year I’ve been trying to get a heating system tune-up since November and they’ve no called no showed on two separate occasions and when I call they don’t apologize and tell me they’ll call me right back then radio silence. At this point I’ve given up because they’ve made it obvious they don’t want my business.

I've been a home heating oil customer of Deitch for a couple of years now after having issues with the previous oil company I was using. Deitch is VERY responsive. I called them on Sunday afternoon to get an oil delivery and got their voicemail. I figured they were closed for the day and I would just hear back from them the next day. They called me back within 5 minutes. As for the delivery, they always say they'll get out to my house the following day but I know I'll have the delivery that afternoon if I call early enough. Very happy with the service from Deitch. Recommended.

We were supposed to be on autofill but Dietch never came to refill our oil and now we have been out of heat and hot water for 2 days in the middle of the winter. We were told they would deliver today but now they are saying maybe not until tomorrow. They have not offered an emergency fill and keep pushing us off the phone when we call.

I scheduled a boiler service 6 weeks in advance. No show, no call on the day. I called them and they apologized and rescheduled another week into the future. No show, no call on the day. If they didn't plan on coming, I wish they'd have had the courtesy to let me call someone else.

Been waiting to get refill it been almost 2 months I was told to not worry I will not run out. Not very happy with who ever answer the phone, I was told on 3 differents occasion they were coming and still nothing. Perhaps I should find a new company.
