DelVecchio Construction Inc.

DelVecchio Construction is a Revere-based general contractor with a long family history: its website says Emilio DelVecchio founded the company in 1969 and that Emilio, Anthony, and Robert represent three generations of builders. It handles residential and commercial construction, renovations, custom homes, and remodels. The strongest customer account is from December 2022, when a homeowner described using DelVecchio to renovate and build a new home and said the process was easy, comfortable, and faithful to the planned vision. Other 2022 reviews praise on-time, clear, professional remodeling work and a commercial bathroom renovation. One January 2023 Google review is a clear service concern: the reviewer said nobody ever called back. Google shows 4.7 stars from nine ratings, while BBB gives the business an A+ grade. BuildZoom lists 154 projects and verified-license status, and the state registry verifies an active Massachusetts home improvement contractor license and an active construction supervisor license for Anthony DelVecchio. DelVecchio looks best suited to substantial renovations, custom homes, and commercial or residential construction where an established general contractor can coordinate the work. Confirm the communication plan, project schedule, and responsible license holder before signing; one older reviewer reported no callback, even though the detailed project reviews are positive.
