Initially I was pleased with the minisplit cleaning. The tech seemed nice. However, it became clear soon after that there were issues and dg services did not view us as a priority. Turns out that when they did a cleaning, something in the motor broke and now it makes a clacking noise. The major cleaning was in our living area and the tech oversprayed whatever they use to clean and it absolutely destroyed the finish on my antique display cabinet. There are still chunks of black stuff coming out of the unit. I called for help with that and got no call back twice. Our system stopped cooling and I called for service and they said they were too busy. I never received any call back again and finally had to find another service provider. Paid $500 and now it’s costing me more !

I do not know how this company could possibly have such a high rating? I called, spoke to the CSR and gave her all the necessary information in order to call me back about a ductless mini-split install but no one returned my call after 2 weeks waiting. Not a good look. I’ll find another company more eager to do business… As said in the movie Pretty Woman “Big mistake, huge.” always call a potential customer back even if your too busy to do the work any time soon. Indicate that!
