We experienced some interior water damage after a wind/rain storm. We had several contractors provide estimates, though others only did it orally. John provided a detailed written estimate, that independently beat the others. Importantly, he was the only one to point out that it could be covered at least in part, by insurance. (The roof was twenty years old.) Timing was such that we had to wait through more rain and snow, fortunately no further damage, before the weather cleared. We had a deadline, and their office was very helpful in getting us scheduled. It was going to be the only dry weather day of the week. Well, an army of workers showed up early, and a dumpster and protective covers were placed as promised. This crew set up and got to work with no obvious outside direction being required. This was a two unit condo, with a healthy pitch to the roof, as well as porches and added room extensions in the rear. Everyone knew their role, and acted with precision. The entire roof was striped, and additional plywood needing replacement was identified and ordered. The job included applying a waterproof layer, as well as special treatment for edges and valleys, before replacing the shingles, that carry a 50 year guarantee. The job was essentially done in one day, but for some small separate areas of trim. These were polished off on the next sunny morning. Clean up was done with care, second only to the overall sense of safety that was maintained throughout the job. The roof looks great and we couldn't be happier. We may well have been their first job in Needham, but there were no delaying issues, and I am glad to give them my highest recommendation.

I highly recommend Diamond Construction; the bathroom they renovated for me turned out fantastic. I was more than satisfied with the result. I must also mention their excellent customer service. All my questions and concerns were addressed promptly. In short, a great company with excellent prices.

John and his team did a great job on replacing the old shingles on my roof. The communication was great - they provided detailed information and answered all my questions promptly. The crew worked very hard to accomplish the removal and installation in about one and half days. I have already recommended Diamond Construction to my friends and will consider them for my future projects.

i hired diamond constuction a couple years ago for a total rehab project, they did all the work in a prompt time and communicated well, a few months ago i had a problem with the shower leaking they installed 2 yrs ago, i called and without any hesitation jenn & john assured me they would take care of the problem and they did. good companys stand behind their work and they delivered, i would recommend them highly
