Dimauro Carpet Tile is a flooring company that describes itself as family-owned and as serving East Longmeadow, Longmeadow, Springfield, Wilbraham, Enfield and Somers since 1996. A recent customer said Jason Assad and his team installed their new tile floor, and thanked Dean Buchman for the customer service. A recent customer said that after a flooding issue unrelated to the flooring install, the company came out promptly to help fix the flooring at a cost they called reasonable. A 2026 customer building a house in Wilbraham said Paul, the owner, helped select tile for four bathrooms, a sunroom, a laundry and a mudroom, recommended an installer for the tile and the heated floor in the master bath, and took an initial down payment followed by progress payments. In a 2022 review, a contractor working in western Massachusetts since 2005 said Dimauro was the easiest to work with of the flooring stores and contractors they had used. A 2019 recorder.com article reported that Healey's office accused a man of taking $14,880 in 10 check payments from Dimauro Carpet & Tile from 2013 to 2016. A mass.gov page says McGoldrick accepted those checks while overseeing work done by Dimauro Carpet & Tile at UMass, and that the charges are allegations.
