A 2025 customer said an oil order from Dime Oil Co was delivered the same day and called its customer service very polite. A 2026 customer who had used the company for three years called its pricing fair and named Stephanie as a helpful, kind customer service rep. A 2024 customer wrote in Spanish praising the service since the household started with the company. Its website tells residential customers that a green tag on the fill pipe is an identification tag for its drivers, and its BBB page shows an A+ grade. A 2024 customer said oil ordered on a Monday still had not come by Friday, after being told on Thursday that the delivery was on the list for early that morning, and called the customer service reps rude, naming Amanda. A 2023 customer said a woman taking orders was rude to them on three occasions. A 2023 customer said they were charged a week later, the company saying "their guy put more oil than he should've". A 2022 customer said the company insisted on a credit card even though they would be home for the delivery, then charged the card more than the agreed price; after going back and forth, the company offered to return half of the excess, and that customer pursued a chargeback. A 2022 customer called a rep named Beth rude. A 2022 caller said the woman who answered a question about the price of oil was unpleasant and unwelcoming.
I’ve been using dime oil for the last 3 years and have nothing but good things to say. Their pricing is always fair and they offer breaks when ordering over a certain amount. Their customer service reps, especially Stephanie, are always extremely helpful and kind!
Dime oil is great! Highly recommended. They have price breaks at 100 and 150 gallon deliveries. Business and residentantial. I ordered and the delivery was the same day. Customer service is very polite.
Extremely disappointed. I ordered oil at 10:00am on a Monday. On Thursday that week they said I was on the list for delivery early that morning nothing came, nothing came Friday. Customer service reps extremely rude . Especially Amanda and another woman. They knew I was close to empty. Responses Like: they will get to you when they can, driver isn’t coming in until the afternoon. There’s nothing we can do. Didn’t care if we had oil or not. There will be a day you all will need help from someone and I hope they treat you the same way you treated me.
