Hardwood refinishing and new floor installation bring homeowners to DOD Contractors, with customer accounts describing everything from restored old boards to laminate, carpet and vinyl plank. The company says it provides residential and commercial flooring installation, refinishing and repairs in Natick and has seven years in business. Thumbtack showed a 4.9-star average from 436 ratings in August 2026; Google showed 5 stars from 38. Fabio is the person several customers describe working with on estimates, materials and scheduling. An April 2026 homeowner said he visited the same day they contacted him, brought flooring samples and answered their questions. That customer said the installation team finished the living room, dining room and hallway in about four and a half hours. Another April homeowner described Fabio listening to their requests and providing a prompt estimate before Johnny and his team removed carpet and installed solid wood flooring. A June 2026 customer credited Fabio with supplying red oak and said an 1,100-square-foot installation was completed within two days. The crew also helped with furniture and removed carpet. The customer noted some hiccups during the process and said Breno and Fabio stepped in to help. In a separate April review, a homeowner described Johnny and his crew arriving on time, completing almost 500 square feet of hardwood work in one day, and cleaning up afterward. Refinishing customers describe attention to both the boards and the home around them. A July 2026 homeowner said Fabio answered their questions and suggested choices for their hardwood refinishing project; the crew protected the home and left it clean each day. A June Thumbtack reviewer said the team sent a photograph and sought confirmation to proceed when concerned a line might remain in the floor. Another July customer described the team's hardwood stair refinishing as fast and reasonably priced. Older jobs include work with awkward surfaces and transitions. In January 2025, a homeowner described sanding and staining existing hardwood and replacing tile with hardwood, praising how the old and new boards blended. An August 2025 reviewer said the team installed hardwood and vinyl plank, created seamless transitions and reworked a staircase to accommodate a spouse who uses a wheelchair. A July 2025 condo owner described the team sealing gaps in a concrete subfloor before applying leveling cement and completing the flooring project in three days.

Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish! I can't say enough great things about DOD Contractors and Fabio. From our very first conversation, Fabio was responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to answer every question, offered thoughtful recommendations, and treated our home as if it were his own. We hired DOD to refinish our hardwood floors, and the results exceeded every expectation. Fabio made several suggestions based on his experience that we hadn't even considered, and every one of them turned out to be exactly the right choice. It's refreshing to work with someone who isn't just trying to complete a job but is genuinely invested in delivering the best possible outcome. The crew was phenomenal. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and left our home immaculate every single day. Refinishing hardwood floors can be a messy process, but they took great care to protect our home and kept everything incredibly clean throughout the project. The craftsmanship speaks for itself. Our floors look absolutely stunning, better than we imagined. On top of that, the pricing was more than fair and represented exceptional value for the quality of work we received. Finding contractors who are skilled, trustworthy, communicative, and fairly priced can be difficult. DOD Contractors checks every one of those boxes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fabio and his team to family, friends, or anyone looking for true professionals. Thank you, Fabio and the entire DOD team, for an outstanding experience. We'll absolutely be calling you again for future projects!
