Several reviewers mention coming back more than once over the years for different projects. Two things are worth asking about before buying. A 2022 review says the company will only do warranty or repair work on a window it installed itself — if someone else put it in, a broken piece means replacing the whole window rather than a repair. More recently, a 2026 review describes order mix-ups and an unreturned quote call, and a 2024 review describes a refused return on an unused door handle over a small bit of paint — both pointing to friction once something needs follow-up after the sale rather than at the point of purchase.
