A June 2022 Google review describes kitchen and living room hardwood matched to the old floors after the crew found wood rot and the remains of a brick stairway, with Jeff stopping by throughout. In an April 2025 Google review, a customer calls Jeff's quote timely, fair and accurate. Houzz states the company has served customers since 1963, while the site gives 1975.

A wonderful service company! A few years ago, we used Doyle Wood Floors to replace carpet in three rooms with beautifully finished maple floors. This summer, it was time to replace the carpet in our living/dining room, and once again, we called on Jeff Doyle. This time, we chose prefinished five-inch white oak and are incredibly pleased with the outcome. Working with Jeff to make our selection and arrange all the details was a pleasure. The Saturday crew managed to remove all the carpet and prepare the underlayment in just a few hours, hauling away all the debris. Rich, our installer, demonstrated his experience and expertise, completing the job in just two days. Altogether it was a very satisfying process and we couldn't be happier with the results. I’m ashamed to admit the number of floor contractors I had quote our upstairs project: remove old carpet and lay new wood floors down. Jeff came in, saw the chaos that was our family and helped us zero-in on pre-finished floors in the same plank as our hallway. He suggested we leave the hallway as is and refinish it when we eventually refinished our first floor wood. His quote was timely, fair, accurate, and his team was professional and punctual from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with the end product and are so appreciative for their work!
