I found Brian at BC Plumbing through our local Clinton Facebook group because we had a bit of a plumbing emergency Wednesday at my work. I left a voicemail and Brian called me back within 2 minutes, said he was in the area, and would stop by shortly. He was there within 15 minutes ready to troubleshoot. It ended up being a bit more complex than just a bad seal but he was able to figure out the issue, fix it, and even come back the next day to make sure everything was working properly. Thanks again!!
I called Brian at BC Plumbing because he was highly recommended on the Higganum, Haddam, and Haddam Neck Public Interest Forum. He responded quickly to my message and came out to give me a quote. He actually spent a few hours troubleshooting issues, fixing a leak and figuring out the installation issues for a new electric hot water heater. He gave me the quote which I was quite pleased with. He spent the better part of the day here repiping some split pipes and rerouting water lines to accommodate the new placement of the tank. He is very thorough and is a quadruple check kind of plumber which I appreciate. In addition to being a good plumber Brian is a very personable guy and it was a pleasure to work with him on this project. I very highly recommend Brian at BC Plumbing- in this day and age where it’s hard to find reliable and fair people, I have found a gem in Brian.
Brian came to check a leak in our bathtub drain. It was not an emergency as we have another full bathroom. He told me what day he would come and gave me a time frame. When he arrived he was professional and courteous. He explained the issue and how he would fix it. I highly recommend him.
