Customers name Dan as the scheduler and Mike as the technician. In an October 2026 Google review, a customer whose dryer threw obstruction codes after an HVAC service made things worse said Dan moved appointments around and Mike stayed extra to finish the vent line troubleshooting and replacement in the same visit. A May 2026 Google customer said Kevin found their vent system was not to code and replaced it in less than 2 hours. A September 2026 Google customer had a 35 ft dryer vent line replaced according to the code at a fair price. In a September 2026 Google review, a customer who opted out of the recommended work said Michael gave a breakdown of charges and did not charge for the consult. A September 2026 customer said the company offers a 5 year warranty on all parts and labor. Daniel was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend and would not hesitate to call on them again. I feel much relief knowing that my vent is clean and I have a new, much improved exhaust piece installed that will prevent lint from building up before it exits.
Mike came last year and replaced a lot of things that needed replacing. This year, all he needed to do was clean all the parts of the drier. I appreciated him telling me that in the future, it should not be necessary to clean it more often than every 2 years. He was also very personable and interesting to talk with. We will stay with this company for drier maintenance!
The dryer was throwing obstruction codes for a long period of time I tried an HVAC service who I used in the past to clean furnace vent lines,, but they ended up not solving the issue, and in fact made the issue worse due to the incompetence and perhaps ignorance of the technician who was assigned to come out—a complete waste of money. So I called the Dryer Vent Squad because they specialize in dryer vent lines.I had called and scheduled the appt, and within the same workweek as there was some urgency in getting the dryer back online. The Dryer Squad scheduler (Dan) did a great job of understanding my issue and he moved appointments around to accommodate our need for service.The specialist (Mike) was very informative and professional throughout and gave great advice as meeting code with materials and setup and he stayed extra to get the vent line troubleshooting and replacement completed during the same appointment. I would highly recommend the Dryer Squad to get the job done right. The team also followed up a couple of times to confirm that the issue was resolved.
