From the minute we met Anja and Mark, they demonstrated impeccable professionalism and attention to detail. They were prepared with visual examples to show us, they asked thoughtful questions about our ideas, goals, space, aesthetic, and they followed up comprehensively and quickly as we negotiated a price and timeline. Their team members communicated with us on a near-daily basis, providing videos of the project's progress, raising questions as they arose, and managing change appropriately and transparently. We felt the team, led by Bob and Rocky, both excellent) were unusually candid about when something unexpected posed a challenge or if a change order was needed vs when it was more discretionary. We never felt anyone tried to up-sell us, and we greatly appreciated when they proactively shared when any challenge arose. This led to us feeling safe with their management of the project, building trust with their team along the way. There was always a reason for everything. Their team was skilled and efficient. Most importantly, the final product - our new kitchen - looks and feels amazing. We would not be happier, and we could not recommend them more strongly.
