I would urge you to do some research on Jarek before hiring him. I hired Jarek last year to clean my HVAC system and add some Freon. At the time, he was very responsive & professional, so when I had another job come up (replacing a door /doorframe) in January, I thought I would give him the business. Jarek came out, took some measurements and asked for $350 up front for the replacement door. His quote seemed reasonable & I had a good experience with him last year, so I didn’t think twice about giving him the money. A few weeks later Jarek called me and said he needed to take some more measurements & needed some more money for supplies. He seemed a little off, but I needed the job done and he said he would be going to Lowes/Homedepot and would be right back, so I gave him another $450. An hour later, I get a call that something came up and he’ll be back in the morning. Over the next couple months, Jarek would say he would come that week and then make up an excuse when he didn’t before he eventually stopped responding at all. That’s when I did some research on him and found numerous police reports about his drug arrests & even a breaking and entering charge. Finally, after a few months, Jarek told me the truth, that he was in a “bad place” and spent all my money. He asked if he could go on a payment plan for the $800 he stole, but I have yet to see a single dollar and that was the last I heard from him. I’m not saying that you shouldn’t hire him as I don’t want to hurt his livelihood, I’m just saying you should be careful if you do.

Great price quality work would recommend to anybody definitely try and I would use again if needed

Had a two part problem 1) leaky water heater that began to pool in my laundry room and 2) washer dryer removal in a super tight space. I called and expressed my concern about the leak and Jake arrived within the hour (!!! uh-mazing !!!) He showed up with everything I would need, was fair with pricing and was extremely professional. He and his team banged out the the water heater leak and then worked to shimmy out my stacked washer dryer out of an impossible space- all within two hours. I found him on Thumbtack and frankly sometimes you don't know what you are going to get, but honestly I am so grateful to them for the quick response, professionalism and quick work on my issues. I will for sure be calling him again for all my little home improvement projects - I'm just glad I found someone experience, fair and reliable.

Jake was very responsive and knowledgeable to my request for a quote to replace a gas furnace and electric cooling unit in my condo. There was no salesman pressure and his prices were reasonable. That was not the case with other companies I spoke with who seemed to talk down to me or were flat out dishonest. As far as the service, the units were order, work was schedule and performed within a few days. Jake and his team were very professional and removed the old system and installed the new system very quickly. I have no complaints, only compliments.
