The permit trail describes a different past. The BuildZoom page names Eli Portillo and Caleb Portillo as owners, with Camila Varela as office manager. If you are a homeowner after a kitchen or bathroom remodel, open by asking whether they still take residential work at all, because the website points squarely at commercial customers. If what you want is cabinetry or millwork, that is the one thread their site, the directory listing and the single review all run through.
