⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend EAC Masonry in Lynn, MA, owned by Edvin. They recently completed a patio, retaining wall, and fence project for me, and the results exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most was how incredibly meticulous and detail-oriented they were throughout the entire project. They took their time and made sure every paver, every block in the retaining wall, and every section of the fence was installed properly. It was clear that they cared about doing the job right rather than simply finishing it quickly. They used high-quality materials, and the craftsmanship was outstanding. The finished patio, retaining wall, and fence look even better than I had imagined. The patio in particular turned out more beautiful and spacious than I expected, and the overall project has completely transformed my outdoor space. EAC masonary & Landscaping did an awesome job of building my front staircase and they just put the railing on today which compliments their work I recommend them to anybody !!!!

This review is long overdue! A couple of years ago, we hired EAC to transform our side yard into a patio and completely redo our front yard w/ granite steps, new sod, mulch and shrubs, and a stone retaining wall. From start to finish, Edvin and his team were excellent. I spoke with several companies before choosing EAC. During our initial consultation, Edvin stood out immediately. He offered thoughtful suggestions and pointed out things to consider that no one else mentioned. I also appreciated that EAC was a smaller, hands-on company but still large enough to have reliable crews and professional equipment. His estimate was fair and transparent. Throughout the project, Edvin remained responsive, reliable, and flexible. When we needed to adjust the scope, he handled it smoothly. He was proactive in spotting potential issues and came up with smart, practical solutions. When a permitting hiccup came up, he took care of it. After the project wrapped, he continued to respond promptly to any follow-up questions. His crew was also fantastic. They showed up early, worked long hours in the heat, and maintained a high level of professionalism the entire time. The results were beautiful. Our neighbors still comment on how great everything looks. If you’re looking for fancy 3D renderings or daily project-manager updates, EAC might not be your match.
